During the summer we grill out a lot and I mean A LOT; I think at least four meals a week are cooked on the grill. Vegetables cooked on the grill are absolutely amazing and stay so crisp if you time them right. We used to always just season them which is really good just itself; then Josh had the brilliant idea to add honey to the mix and oh my goodness we have never gone back. Of course you can also cook these in the oven if you don’t have a grill.
I love the holidays but boy oh boy am I glad they’re over, now to get up the energy to take down all of my Christmas decorations. But now onto today’s mouth watering dinner that I hope your family will fall in love with. This is another one of those really simple dinners that I absolutely adore ❤ Just throw this pork roast in the crock-pot and go.
This was my very first blog post ever. Woo hoo 🙂
Because certain meat is becoming more and more expensive I am always trying to find ways to make things stretch. Throwing together a casserole is one great way to do that. My husband is a very picky man about his food ( I’m lucky that my step-son isn’t and so far my daughter loves all food) and this Chicken Noodle Casserole goes over really well even with my one picky eater.
